For all returns and exchanges, customers must email our customer service within 3 working days from the date of receipt, and prior to mailing out the return parcel. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of request. Please include your order number and watch model to facilitate the waiting process. We are more than willing to adhere to your request if it fulfills the following requirements:
H2 Hub reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that we believe may violate our Return & Exchange Policy, or if returned goods are in unsatisfactory condition. Products that are not eligible for return or exchange will not be returned to the sender, and will not be eligible for store credit. There is strictly no cash refund.
Return & Exchange
Customers must purchase an item from H2 Hub that is of equal or higher value to the undesired product, and return your previous purchase to us. All valid exchange items must be mailed to us within 7 working days upon confirmation of exchange from H2 Hub; after which the exchange will be deemed as invalid. Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned product, customers will be refunded via a store credit, which can be used for your next purchase. Processing will take up to 2 working days.
Return and refunds will only apply to items that are defective. Defective items have to be brought to our attention within 3 days of item delivery.
Electronic products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of defective items.
