H2 Hub offers free local courier delivery within Singapore & Malaysia for orders above $80 SGD. For others below $80 SGD, a $3 dollars courier fee will be charged. Alternatively you can also self-collect at any of our physical retail outlets or our main office. Please note that shipping options can be confirmed at checkout.
Please note that the self-collection option can only be done for orders in Singapore. It could take 2 to 4 working days before the watch can be sent down due to Quality Checks and customisation of watches.
H2 Hub offers international shipping to USA And The Rest Of The World for a flat fee of $18 USD or $25 SGD for orders below $380 USD or $510 SGD. Shipping will be free for orders above $380 USD or $510 SGD.
All orders from USA And The Rest Of The World orders will be shipped using DHL Express. Delivery will take 3 to 5 working days depending on custom clearance. Once your parcel has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number so that you can track the status of your parcel. You may track the status of your parcel at http://www.dhl.com.sg/en/tracking.html
In the event of exceptions due to certain zones and customs rules, you will be informed and not be obliged to proceed. A cancellation and full refund will be in order.
We seek your understanding about our shipping rates as we have tried other cheaper shipping options in the past and it had resulted in delays or loss of shipments which ended up in bad customer experience. When you buy a watch or any piece of jewellery from us, your experience is of the utmost importance to us and we only want to offer you the best experience.
You are liable to pay any inbound duties and taxes which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. Product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country. Please consult your local customs office for further information before placing an order. In the event the shipment is returned to sender due to rejected parcel, your order can be cancelled and refunded without the shipping cost.
Orders received after 0800 (Singapore Standard Time, GMT+8) will only be processed the following day. All orders will be dispatched within 1 - 2 working days from the payment verification date as orders will be delivered to the Headquarters for QC (Quality Check).
A few days after the order, you will receive an automated email indicating that your item has been fulfilled. Your item will then be transported from our main office to the collection outlet of your choice. Once the item is at the store and is ready for collection, someone will call you to confirm that your item is ready for pick up. Do not attempt collection until you have received confirmation from our retail side.
Additional dispatch time will be required should there be customisation services added on. Expect 1-3 additional days depending on the volume of workload we are experiencing during that season.
